Yue's research seeks to understand how matter, energy, and energetic particles interact and are transported in the magnetized Universe. Turbulence and magnetic fields are central to this problem: although often invisible, they regulate the dynamics, thermodynamics, and evolution of astrophysical systems across an enormous range of scales.
